LEEA (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association) has provided us with an update regarding the importance of LOLER examinations during the current COVID-19 crisis in line with HSE Guidance. They have advised that the HSE will offer no grace period and thorough examinations should be conducted on or before the expiry date of the last report of examination as required by LOLER.

If this cannot be done then the equipment should be quarantined to prevent use.
